This concept design is driven by the question: “Can we replicate the same building across multiple cities worldwide?”
A building is seen as a fusion of diverse elements interconnected to form a cohesive structure within a single framework. Therefore, how can this structure operate as a consistent entity in different contexts, considering that a building is influenced by its surroundings?
The objective of this project is to propose a design concept for a multi-storey retail complex that could be constructed in various cities. The color scheme predominantly features neutral black and white tones. The spaces are created using tailor-made fabric units surrounding a central vertical core, which includes the elevator, fitting rooms, and bathrooms. All levels are conceived as open-plan areas that can be adapted to accommodate the specific requirements of each retail store.
