ARCHITECT - Job Opening

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participate in projects of varying scales, from initial concept through to completion.

- Work independently on project briefs while also assisting, collaborating, and coordinating with team members to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of multiple projects.

- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.

- Prepare drawings, reports, and documentation, proactively initiate tasks, and manage all work in accordance with guidance provided by the firm’s two directors.


REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficiency in ARCHICAD is essential.

- A positive attitude with an enthusiastic and creative mindset.

- Strong interest in research and a passion for innovative and well-considered design solutions.

- Confidence in working both independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of Greek building legislation (NOK) will be considered an asset.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
