PROPLUSMA ARCHITECTS

JOIN OUR TEAM:
We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED ARCHITECT to join our team in Athens, Greece.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Engage in projects of various scales, overseeing them from concept to completion.
-Take the lead in architectural design, project and design management, working collaboratively within a diverse design team.
-Demonstrate the ability to work independently on project briefs while also assisting, collaborating, and coordinating with other team members to ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of multiple projects.
-Effectively correspond and communicate with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
-Prepare documents, proactively initiate tasks, and manage all work produced in accordance with the guidance provided by our two directors.


REQUIREMENTS:
-A positive attitude, enthusiastic and creative mindset.
-A strong interest in research and a passion for innovative solutions.
-Confidence in working both independently and as part of a group.
-Previous experience in architectural design and project implementation.
-Proficiency in 2D and BIM design programs (AUTOCAD / ARCHICAD).
-Knowledge of Greek building legislation (NOK).
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Fluency in Greek (both oral and written)
