3D VISUALISER - Job Opening


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Produce high-quality architectural visualizations for projects ranging from concept design through to final presentation.

- Develop, refine and manage detailed 3D models based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts.

- Collaborate closely with the design team to communicate architectural ideas, materials, lighting, and spatial qualities through compelling visual representations.

- Manage visualization workflows efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs while meeting project deadlines.


REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software including Rhino, 3ds Max, Sketchup, Enscape and V-Ray.

- Excellent post-production and image editing skills using Adobe Photoshop and related software.

- Knowledge of ARCHICAD will be considered an advantage.

- A strong eye for composition, lighting, materials, atmosphere and architectural storytelling.

- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate design intent into compelling and accurate visualizations.

- Highly creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented, with a proactive and positive attitude.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.

- Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.

- Previous experience in architectural visualisation is essential, supported by a portfolio demonstrating high-quality professional work.

ARCHITECT - Job Opening

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participate in projects of varying scales, from initial concept through to completion.

- Work independently on project briefs while also assisting, collaborating, and coordinating with team members to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of multiple projects.

- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.

- Prepare drawings, reports, and documentation, proactively initiate tasks, and manage all work in accordance with guidance provided by the firm’s two directors.


REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficiency in ARCHICAD is essential.

- A positive attitude with an enthusiastic and creative mindset.

- Strong interest in research and a passion for innovative and well-considered design solutions.

- Confidence in working both independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of Greek building legislation (NOK) will be considered an asset.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
