Located on the island of Syros, this summer house is composed of three single-level volumes. The main volume accommodates the living and dining areas alongside two master bedrooms, while a second volume contains the kitchen and a third houses the guest accommodation. A timber pergola links the three volumes, creating a sequence of shaded outdoor spaces that unify the composition and blur the boundaries between inside and outside. A linear swimming pool stretches along the seafront edge of the property, visually extending towards the Aegean Sea and strengthening the connection between architecture and landscape. Drawing on the textures and tones of the Cycladic environment, the project combines textured plaster, carved stone, timber and oxidized metal. The restrained material palette creates a calm and understated architectural language shaped by light, shadow and uninterrupted sea views.
